Shortly after I turned 11 years old, I experienced the loss of my father due to a car accident. Death was not unfamiliar to me, as the year before, we had lost both of my dad’s parents. This brought about confusion, and I had many questions about death that went unanswered until I was 24 years old. Conversations and differing opinions only led to more questions.
I found comfort in TV programs that shared insights similar to what “A New Day is Dawning” offers, and I built Godly friendships that sparked a process of learning, trust, and hope. When I met my future wife, I began asking her questions. Instead of giving her opinions, she opened the Bible and revealed truths I had only suspected might be real.
I pray that “A New Day is Dawning” can help answer questions, instill truth, and inspire hope. In today’s world, we need all three.
